The SDHW2442 is a 24-inch wide single-zone wine cellar with an 18-inch depth and a height of 34 inches, designed to fit standard undercounter spaces. It features a front-breathing design for built-in installation and a fully finished black cabinet that allows for freestanding use. The seamless stainless steel trim integrates elegantly with the reversible double-pane tempered glass door, and the unit includes a professional stainless steel handle. Its sealed rear and right-angle cord provide a snug fit, while the fully articulating European hinge ensures smooth door operation. For added security and convenience, the lock is integrated into the kickplate.

Inside, the SDHW2442 boasts a stainless steel interior for enhanced durability and easy maintenance. White LED lighting along the side walls offers a sophisticated display, with dimmable options to set the perfect ambiance. The angled digital control panel allows you to set temperatures between 41º and 68ºF, suitable for red, white, or sparkling wines. The unit features sleek, jet black steel shelves with stainless steel trim that glide smoothly on ball-bearing tracks. Fan-forced cooling maintains consistent temperatures and quick recovery.

Additional features include an open-door alarm, a high-temperature alarm, and a Sabbath mode that deactivates certain electrical components for up to 96 hours during religious observances.

**Note:** The interior holds up to 18 Bordeaux-style bottles. Due to its shallow depth, it is recommended to load bottles with corks facing the rear for optimal fit. Wider Burgundy bottles generally fit on most shelves, though capacity may vary with bottle size. Shelves can be removed to accommodate larger bottles such as champagne and sparkling wine.
